Additional Materials
This screen opens when you click the Grantor Attachments action in the View Terms Tracking Details screen.
Grants staff can use this screen to upload and attach documents to a tracked term/milestone, or to view and edit existing attachments.
Program staff can perform the same actions on terms/milestones that are marked as Programmatic. (Program staff have read-only access to terms/milestones that are not Programmatic.)

Actions
- Upload — Click to browse and select a file to upload;
And click again as needed to add additional files: Another document row is added to the grid: browse to select the file to upload. Alternatively, you can drag and drop files onto to the Submission Content area of the screen to add multiple files:
You can upload up to 10 files at a time ( maximum 6 mb each) in any combination of the following file formats:
BMP, DOC, DOCX, GIF, JPG, MSG, PDF, PNG, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSXBut note: Only PDF files will be consolidated intro a single PDF attachment described in the Preview action below.
Other file types will be listed in the table of contents but won’t have their file contents included.
- Delete — Click to delete a file.
- Comments — Enter your comments about this submission.
- Preview — Click to open a consolidated PDF that includes the content of all uploaded PDF files plus the comments.
- Submit — Click to save any uploads and/or comments changes: The files and/or comments will appear in the Grantor Attachments/Comments column of the View Terms Tracking Details screen
- Remove Draft — Cancel the document submission: If there was no previous submission then click to delete all uploaded files and comments and close the screen. If this is a revised submission then click to delete any changes (new uploads and/or comments) made since the last Submit action. Files and/or comments made in the previous submission will be kept.
- Back — Click to return to the View Terms Tracking Details screen.
